I have a small server side file in ASP that gets some data from a SQL file and send it back to a remote server. The code at the remote server is just a few lines that passes into to the main server with the requirements. It was written by a guy using XMLHttpRequest which is not cross domain. I just need this modified quickly to JSON so it works across domains. thanks

Attention! JSON will not work cross domains either! But instead we need to use JSONP. If you don't mind having the ASP file ported to PHP outputting JSONP Let's do it.
