Update FAQ Software

Update FAQ program to include edit/modify of topics. Increase search options and add several misc features. Make the following changes to source code of ASPKnowledge Version 1.0 Section 1 1. The ability to select a preference for how the [login to view URL] file will be displayed: · As a web page · As a pop up window o If you are using a pop up window, have the ability to select a preference size of pop up window. The ability to browse by alpha and numeric. This would be limited to the first column.
