Rebuilting School Web site using dynamic and playful ERP

We want a School Management Software/School ERP. Management software can be done later on, but we will need immidiate parents page & web site rebuilt with dynamic contents. ( For Parent) Kinda Like groupware. Admin Management Photo management from the system. Notice Board management System. Document Management Poll Management System. Discussion Forums / Export Forums. Internal Messaging System. Web-based E-mail System. Comprehensive Reporting System Recruitment Management System. Dynamic Right Allotment System. Backup management. Offline and Online components. For ex: Library management should be offline (in the school Intranet) but the status of books due etc. should be available online. Furthermore there should be automatic synching of online and offline systems. It should be easy to use and manage. There should be scripts for easy data loading. Things like students promotion to next class should be handled without much problem. We want to develop this in PHP/MySQL and would prefer a team which has proven track record and has already implemented a similar software for schools.
