Paypal Subscription using IPN/ASP.NET System required

ASP.net/SQL Server/IPN-Subscription Based Website ## Deliverables This project involves the engine to process payments for two different types of Web sites. The first is a magazine type site and the second is a classifieds type site. Read below for more details and feel free to ask any questions as I am sure you will have many. I need an ASP.NET/Paypal based solution for an online magazine. Some of the things the application will do include: #1 Enable clients to subscribe using PayPal as an online payment method. #2 Manage user details #3 Automatically update the expiry date of a subscriber with recurring payments or when a new payment is made #4 Automatically cancel a subscription (updating some sort of expiry field in the database) #5 track subscriptions and remind users when the subscription period is ending (subscriptions are for 1 year of 12 issues) #6 Deal with pending transactions. If a transaction is pending a email should be sent to the customer letting them know why it is pending. When the transaction completes another email should be sent the user letting them know if it failed or completed and their login credentials. I have already written the code to authenticate uses and secure specific files so all I need is: A registration form that will store data such as username, password, expiry date, amount paid, email address, etc in a sql server database. This data should be entered upon successful IPN notifications only! I would also like to store all data from every successful, failed, attempted, etc. transaction. I can write this thing myself but I am too busy! Applicants MUST have excellent knowledge of ASP.NET MUST have Visual [login to view URL] 2003. Code must be written VB.NET and use SQL Server as the database. The code must be well written and commented very well so that maintenance/customization is not a nightmare. Again this site will work using Paypals Subscription/IPN functionality if you are not familiar with this please research/ask before bidding. This can be used by people who do not have a Paypal account. I am also working on a classifieds Web site that will allow users to list items (vehicles) for sale. The ability to pay via Paypal needs to be developed. In this case their item should be entered into a database and when a successful paypal transaction is completed it should be switched from inactive to active. In a lot of ways this site will function similar to the one above. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
