Membership Site - Non Profit(repost)

This website is for a non profit association. It entails the following: The website should have capabilities of processing membership application forms and membership dues. It should be easy to maintain by clerical staff with no HTML or programming experience. We will be adding new documents to site on a daily basis. The ease of adding new pages and posting new content is of paramount importance. The site will have page of usefull links, membership directory and information about sponsors. We need an ability to accept donation online with CC payments or PayPal. There should be two level of access: (1) for all visitors; and (2) password protected space for members only. Members of the associations should be able to login into the site to modify their account information and access restricted members only pages. Examples of susch sites include: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. Submittal Forms, Payment Processing, Search, Backend Web Administration, a flash intro page, Chat Room Message Board. Blog, newsletter, RSS, electronic membership application submition, electronic signatures for petitions. 1. Electronic membership application submition is just that -- membership application form that people can fill out on the website to join our association. We are memebrship based association and need to give an opportunity for people who want to join to do so online on our website. 2. Electronic signatures for petitions. We are an advocacy group and will be sending petitions to government, Congress, etc to advocate interests of our membership. The members or public should be able to sign a petition posted on a website by entering their email address and clicking a "Sign" botton, which creates an electronoc signature. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
