I need a professional looking website that looks very good professional and is about 15-20 pages. It would be similar or better than websites such as [login to view URL], radlawfirm.com. I will supply the text and structure of the website upon acceptance of bid. Proffesional graphics are excpected to be included with the website from the coder. A flash intro would be great but have to be able to skip and should be fast. Website will be able to have the functionality of a case tracking system where a client would be able to go and track the status of his case and billing by logging in. This is required at this time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Uploading and configuring the website to full working condition on the host pc. 5) need a very user friendly administration section, which can be administered by someone, who won't be required to have much of technical knowledge, to control the website. This will ensure that we won't have to go to the coders from time to time. 6) Credit Card payment section, and chat room access. 7) STANDARD ERROR HANDLING AND COMMENTS. All procedures will contain the necessary comments. Therefore, any programmer will be able to modify code very easily due to it's readibility. 8) SUPPORT. Therefore, after delivery, any issues found that are within the original scope of the project are resolved as quickly as they would through development. 9) Flash should be smart, checks connection speed and decided to start flash or skip & also have a skip link regardless of speed. 10) Stay updated with progress via email or msn messenger. Response to emails should be prompt. 11) need to implement the case tracking tool . 12) Website and code should be able to work on a win xp server and preferable on unix servers too, but unix is not required. 13) need site ready in 14 days. Quality of website is my number one PRIORITY ## Platform Windows XP server required. Unix in additin to Windows server is prefered.
