Flash / PHP Simulations Expert

ONLY Coders/Teams with good track record on RAC will be considered for this project or you MUST supply work history proof that you have done this type of work before. We are looking to create content for a Web Based online learning system for Microsoft Office software. The learning should consist of three levels (Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced) for each MS Office product. It would be best if the content is created in Flash, but should use exact screen images from the Microsoft Products to demonstrate and allow simulated learning for the person using the system. Example, in Beginning Level, user should be shown how to Open File, Save File, Print File. There should be movement illustrations and text to go along with this part of the learning, but also a “Now you try?? phase where they can simulate the activity. When user does something wrong, a “Try Again?? error would pop up. Right now we just want to get the right team to do the job. We may actually select multiple coders/bidders to do this project and let each work on separate phase. In other words, one team might take MS Word, another MS Access and another MS Excel…so on and so forth. The important thing is that we get the right team of people that know exactly what they are doing so they can help with this type of project on long term ongoing basis. As you can imagine we have a LOT of projects like this to build. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash, PHP, MySQL, IE, Firefox, Chrome
