expand/collapse, hit counter and tracker

1. All I need is an server-side expand/collapse menu control similar to [login to view URL] on their calendar, mail, etc menus. Attached is a screenshot. The contents of this may need to be pulled from a dB, but it needs to be editable and handle ANYTHING i decide to put between it. I want it almost exactly like the screenshot. Menu expanded, a couple sub menus expanded and a couple collapsed. 2. A page render time control similar to how google has their search time control but to check page load times. Doesn't need dB, but can if you want. Maybe even with a average time incorporated into #3's datagrid. 3. A tracker to track users "clicks/where they looking" on links which is reported to admin in a datagrid with the link and amount of clicks recieved that I can incorporate into current c# project. Like how [login to view URL] uses onclick="trackInfo(this); I would like this to be easy to read and impressive. This will write to sql dB. 4. A break down of unique and repeated hits for who has been online for the day, previous day, current users (annoymous and members) and total registered users I could display on my admin page. This will write to a dB. 5. I labeled all recorded/pulled through an sql database All in C# .net. framework 1.1 I decided to take this out of my larger bid because I want to make sure I find qualified programmers to get the job done.
