422937 PHP Submit to Database

We have an employment application created. 1: Need the PHP submission to database functionality added to the application. [login to view URL] 2: Need the PHP retrieval from the database functionality added to the admin for viewing applications. As part of the admin the applicant listing (home page) needs to list newest first and list up to 50 applicants per page. Admin will also be able to delete applicants via the home page. [login to view URL] Clicking View Applicant will load: [login to view URL] with all applicant data loaded from the database. We have setup a blank MySQL admin and developer will have access via MyPHPAdmin. Delivery needs to be ASAP!
