67301 php mysql hyperlink help

I am a newbie programmer working on what should be a pretty simple project. I am unable to get it to work properly. I am trying to pull information from mysql tables using dynamic links. Example goto phpscript.php->click on a link--pulls info from the database which is a page with more links and those links lead to more info from the database. The script is here: [login to view URL]
