When it is completed, I want the whole site transferred to my own preferred hosting provider. Hence, the CMS developed must be user friendly enough for a person without programming knowledge to maintain and do backups. Do let me know the amount of time required and the breakdown of the costs in the following : 1) design 2) back-end web development ... pls also list any other requirement/ costs that may be involved during or after the project.
