Seeking Skilled Photo Editor for Art Gallery

I am the manager of an art gallery and I am actively seeking a skilled Photo Editor to enhance the visual quality and consistency of the images featured on our website. Scope of Work: - Resize photographs to maintain a uniform aspect ratio across the gallery. - Fine-tune color schemes and contrasts to align with our established visual style. - Retouch images to eliminate imperfections and improve clarity. - Maintain a cohesive and polished aesthetic across all digital assets. Engagement Structure: 1) I will provide images similar to those showcased in the attached example: "Example of Photos I Will Provide." 2) Your role will be to select and edit these images to create a set of three images: a) An image emphasizing the artwork's frame (as demonstrated in the attached example, "Example of a Framed Artwork Image*"). b) An image focusing on the corner of the frame (as shown in the attached example, "Focus on the Frame Corner*"). c) An image illustrating the framed artwork in the context of a room (as per the attached example, "Example of a Framed Artwork in a Lifestyle Environment*"). Additional Guidelines: - All images may require retouching to remove any imperfections. - Ensure visual coherence in tone, color, and overall appearance across edited images. - Propose an appropriate background for the image described in point #2c. - I will provide the actual dimensions of the framed artwork; you are responsible for maintaining accurate proportions between the frame and the background environment. - You will download the source photos and upload your edited versions into a designated OneDrive folder, adhering to specific file naming conventions. - Ensure that the edited images are rendered in resolutions suitable for optimal display on our website and for high-quality purposes. - have a preference for a minimalist, natural style with no fake or obviously non-real images. Financial Terms: I expect your bid to be for each set of three images to be created: 1) Framed artwork image, as described in a) above. 2) Frame corner image, as described in b) above. 3) Artwork displayed in a lifestyle background, as described in c) above. Application Process: To apply, please follow these steps: 1) Review the "Example of Photos I Will Provide" file attached. 2) Select the images you need and produce a sample set of the three images as specified above. 3) Include the sample set in your bid. 4) The set of images you provide will demonstrate the quality of work you can deliver and enable me to select a freelancer to work with. 5) Quality is a priority over speed. I value image quality, clarity, resolution, color accuracy, lighting, shadows, consistency across images, retouching, cleanup, reflection elimination, image composition, including seamless integration into the background, and correct proportion of the framework in the background context (I provide frame measurements for a reason, and there is also an image to illustrate the frame size in perspective with a notebook). Expectations: I currently have several sets to be worked on, and the awarded freelancer will produce each set and charge accordingly. My objective is to establish an ongoing engagement. As I receive and frame new artworks, the freelancer will continue to produce small sets of images regularly. Additional work may be required, including creating images for our website, advertising in other channels, and email newsletters.
