Logo design for a drinks flavouring product

Were looking for a Logo design for our start-up business, We have a good idea of the kind of thing we're looking for. The original logo PSD files will be required along with full copyright, I'd like the original logo to be nice and big in photoshop so we don't have to scale it up for anything (website banners, packaging etc). Right so the brief: Basically looking for a bold and colourful design yet simple and not too 'busy' maybe white or multi coloured text on a black or brightly coloured background so it stands out. The main text will be FlavourMate the company name. With a tag line / slogun underneath of "A selection of flavours to jazz up your drinks" Attached is some images for inspiration.
