77398 Modify form submission script

We have an online submission form script that accepts forms from clients and emails us notification each time the form is filled. It also writes email addressed and other details to a text file DB. We need to modify it to notifications to 4 different email addresses, depending on the form content that is entered. Also, 4 differend DB text files must created instead of one. Once a day the text files with forms data must be sent to our email address as an attachment. The script we are using now is [login to view URL], and we attach it.
