Update PDF form for new account creation requests

I have a pdf form that we use for new account applications with editable fields/fields can be filled out directly on the computer that I would like to update. The name that our company is doing business under has changed. 1) I would like to update every instance the old operating company name appears to change to the new operating company name (Header, email, text in terms & policies section, etc.). 2) I would also like to update the company logo in the header to the new company logo. 3) I would like to replicate the customer's company details section (first section on first page). New section to be titled "Company Shipping Address", including a check box marked "same as billing address". Document must be secured and digitally signed by our customers, who will then send the completed application form to us. Similar updates would be made to the English version of the application document, as well. Document provided is only in pdf. Must have software required to be able to edit pdf files. Original French version of pdf application form attached for reference. Deliverable: English *and* French versions of the pdf application form with fillable fields, electronic signature, and secured. Ideally, also a word version (or other easily text editable document) of the English and French application forms. Details of changes to be made and new company logo will be provided once project has been awarded. Looking forward to working with you.
