Populate a PDF Form based on some information passed in a web request

We have 3 PDF files which we can provide (1 with embedded form fields already and 2 without form fields that would need to be added by you to overlay the visual form layout). We need to be able to post a request to a web service prefereabley housed on Amazons AWS architecture using the standard LAMP stack environment rather than windows. The web request will be either using URL encoded variables or FORM variables. On receipt of this information, your application will put this information into the relevant form indicated by one of the variables and the completed PDF file be made available for us to download immediately using a unique reference. We use Open BlueDragon software (currently version 2.0.2 but could upgrade to the latest software if needed).
