Build breakaway chair for short film

Need a chair with a "breakable leg" for a film, chair must look normal then, the leg must "snap" later in the film it needs to have a "repaired" leg screwed back into it, so I either need one chair with all those things, or identical copies. Chair should look like it would fit in at a kitchen table, should look like a chair an old woman would call her. Will pay for expenses in addition to the money listed for this project.
