Write vb.net code to send a SendGrid email (template)

Hi, I have converted the sample code to VB.NET without error, and included code to select the Template ID before sending. I have tried to register an account at SendGrid but I am not receiving their validation email for some reason so I am unable to test at this stage. I am confident I can complete this with my knowledge of using API's within VB.NET. Look forward to hearing from you. Caleb.
