New Betfair API needed from experienced Betfair developer

Hello, I don't have a huge experience with the betfair API, but I have made some changes to some software that was using the API, so it is not new to me and I have researched both the free and the paid API. Which one will you be using? Since I cannot prove an extensive experience with betfair, I can offer to send you a small demo. If you give me some more details, I can start working on the application and send you an example. My preferred environment would be Visual Studio 2012/2013 and C# .NET 4/4.5. Is that OK for you?
