We have a shared access database (2007) on server. Before running database management tool to compact database file, we want to run code to check which user on which computer is using/open/lock the database file. A suggestion to impletement the project: first call windows API to check shared file locking then read the access 2007 lock file to see who is locking the database. The deliveries should be project in visual studio 2008 format. The bidder must be very familiar with Access.
