I need help figuring out why when a client purchases a hosting plan, it's not submitted to Plesk and making the account. it used to work yesterday but this morning it doesn't work. Getting errors when viewing Plesk Panel button from WHMCS. whmcs error code 1013. error message customer with external id I checked the server that was added and successfully connected and I cant sync the accounts since they don't exist on Plesk end. Making a new hosting plan from clients end doesn't work either.
