Freelancer is required to finalize current setup of the Vicidial and make minor changes on existing system: 1. Remove echo 2. Change User Group Settings 3. Changes in Disposition call Screen [login to view URL] in Pause code Screen 5. UI of Agent to be translated (Translated text will be provided) 6. Change voice files for greeting, waiting and etc. (Recorded Voice file will be provided) 7. Setup Call Record and storage of records up to 7 days. 8. Setup function on call monitoring for Managers 9. Setup feature for Managers to Access Reports. 10. And finalize similar task upon request. 11. Prepare User Manual/ Instruction Guide how to perform above mentioned changes
