Dear Freelancers, I'm looking for world wide postal & ZIP code database. Minimum requirements: 1) The database must at least contain these fields: ISO, Country, Language, ID, Region1, Region2, Region3, Region4, Locality, Postcode, Suburb, ISO2, FIPS, NUTS, HASC, Stat, Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, Timezone, UTC, DST 2) Number of countries: 220+ 3) Multilingual - Full languages list will be provided to the successful bidder. (For example: Japan's database will need to have 3 languages which are English, Japanese, Katakana) 4) We will need to check on the accuracy - Minimum 97% and above. 5) Much better if you also have the administrative divisions / street data / business data. 6) The database must be up to date and able to update at a later stage. 7) File format: CSV and others. 8) No additional license required 9) The database will be fully owned by us 10) Digitally sign a non-disclosure agreement Payment terms: To be discussed. Few questions on your requirements 1) Do you want to upload zipcodes using cvs file? 2) Do you want any kind of user interface to upload/update/add zip codes? 3) Do you want to store all the locality names under the zip code ? If yes the your database is going to huge, database query performance will go down. Better go for BigData ( free cassanda), later if you have more data then just need to add node.
