Sample Xamarin Android Application

I need a Xamarin android application that starts two sticky services in separate processes. The application should have start and stop buttons that will start the two services. Once started the services should keep running all time until pressing stop button even after closing the Activity that started it. Services should also start during system startup. Once started, pressing start button again should duplicate the services (only one instance of each service needs to be run all time) For this purpose, services can have an infinite while loop that periodically sends some notifications The running status of two services needs to be updated on the user interface.
