Need Unity package for character in vehicle moving along a path, then exiting vehicle

I am trying to create a virtual factory environment in Unity to show to customers. This needs to work on iOS tablets (most important, possible android) and maybe desktops. Basic concept: 3rd-person character drives a utility cart along a fixed path; character should be able to look around while the vehicle is traveling. At any point, the character should be able to stop the vehicle, exit and freely walk around. Then, the character should be able to get back in the cart and continue along the pre-determined path until stopping again at any point to look around. Character's view should be able to change to 1st person view at anytime. Mobile, touch-screen joysticks needed, one for forward-backward motion of the cart along the path (and then full character movement in free-walking mode) and the other for changing view, as in real-world looking around. I am providing all the scenery later in Unity, I just need the vehicle/character functionality. I need this project satisfactorily completed NO LATER than 5 pm USA Central Standard Time on April 3rd, 2019. I am also treating this as a learning experience for myself, so no "making the code overly complex on purpose." Feel free to ask any questions; I don't know if a week is too short a timeline for this. It's basically a Disney ride-on-rails, but you can get out of the cart, look around and get back in completely at will.
