app creates wi-fi hot spot without password. everybody can connect. when user try to connect the web-browser window should appear and show my web-site. then user can use internet connection. no authentication and just show my site. 20 or more users can connect and use internet together at one moment. disconnect every user from hotspot after 3 minutes.
