Hola tenemos experiencia trabajando con goodbarber incluso hemos generado varias aplicaciones con esta plataforma. Para realizar lo que necesitas no se puede utilizar el template de menú 7 debe construirse desde el menú 10 html. Pero no hay ningún problema con ello. Entiendo que en el Slider quieres que aparezcan los médicos destacados , eso podemos hacerlo sin ningún inconveniente. También puedo recomendarte que se utilice el gestor de publicidad interna para hacerle publicidad a los servicios y los doctores, sería una opción muy válida para generar ingresos.
