Auto lister/poster for Mercari App

I am looking for somebody who can create an auto lister for the app Mercari. I would personally prefer having an iphone app or desktop program for mac, however, an android app would work as well. The program/app should be able to auto list items with 4 photos, item name, a description, select the right category, condition, shipping method, and pricing. I would like to be able to post every hour, while I don't want it to post during the night. I would like to stay around $60 - $100 if possible. I am a student, and don't have much money.
