The app is designed for people who love group fitness indoor cycle classes, and want to improve their cycle fitness. This application will allow the user to be instructed as they would do within a cycle class-however this application will now allow the user to participate in a virtual setting so they can do the class any where anytime. There will be 6 different instructional videos each of approximately 50 minutes long. They will show a cycle instructor giving to the user on each specific ride focus. After each video has been completed the user will have the option to log their results so they can track their fitness progressions and set new, relevant goals. The app is gong to be very easy to use, allowing users to easily click on each workout/workout description Each different workout will show a summary of the ride including basic illustrations and ride [login to view URL] will be links to blogs and Facebook allowing users to connect and provide feedback so we can improve our services. Every three months the videos will be updated so that users have access to new workouts.
