Basic iPhone App for Small Business

I am looking to create a simple app. The concept is simple. It would consist of a home screen for logging in that takes you to a series of storyboards. You can swipe left or right between the 6 screens that only contain line items of text with check boxes next to them. The furthest screen to the right would be a simple submission button which would send this information along with a Geo Tag to our company's servers so that we may view the information. Some of the problems that I have run into while working on the project (I am new to programming and gave it a shot) include the following: 1. UIScrollView - I cannot get this to work on one of my storyboards. 2. Basic login screen. We may not necessarily need a password, but simply an ID # attached to each employee. 3. Geo Tagging - When the "Submit" button is pressed and the information is sent to us, we would like to know our users whereabouts. 4. Connection of the app to our servers and database. Again, I do not think this is a very difficult project to complete. However, I would like to work with someone who would be willing to allow me to work closely with them to create the final app. I would like to be able to learn the process and be able to make my own adjustments in the future, post completion. I included a couple pages to help put things into perspective. One is a task list of all the check box line items. The other is a quick breakdown of the Storyboards that need to be created.
