I have created a basic framework for a site that is going to be used to teach a language course online. Sadly, my design skills are atrocious and I require someone with a flair for web design to help me shape it into something presentable. I don't wish to put the URL for the mockup site in the description, but I will give it to those who ask for it specifically. The site uses Twitter Bootstrap as the basic framework, and it imports XML elements into each 'well'. This is so that another person can easily change the main content of the site without having to delve into the HTML code. As such, the content is dynamically generated which creates some complications in how the design can practically be done. I am admittedly a novice at web development, so you will have to be patient with me if you take on this project, but I am willing to put in time and effort to assist with the best of my ability. I expect that you'll be experienced with Twitter Bootstrap, and have a flair for web design. You must be a very strong communicator, and there is a strong likelihood of more work in the future if we work well together. I will only consider applicants that specifically address my points above. Copy/Paste bids will be ignored.
