NO PREPAID !!! All payment afert job finish !!! There is a simple app to develope. Process should looks like : 1. With your phone you making a photos of : newspaper, bus schedule and menu in restaurant (examples in attachement) 2. App should help user make the best phone give i a voice tips like : move left, right, up, down to find left-up corner of scanning area 3. After that photo should be ORC 4. All findind text should be recognize and store in database and display on screen and read 5. If there are any errors with recognision -> go to step no. 2 I. Pleas provide refrences ! II. Please provide time frame for project III. Please provide costs
