Hi, This is a very simple project, which I can easily complete using constructs provided by Android OS. The UI needs for this app will be very small as well, since we'll only need a few controls to set the time slot in which the vibration will be enabled and to show/modify/delete time slot(s) already set. To enable/disable vibration randomly, just one checkbox will be sufficient. I have already uploaded two applications to Google Play store, which means I can provide you an end to end service.
