Need Android Tablet App created.
App should do the following.
1. I should push the power button to turn on Android Tablet and web page should automatically load.
2. Viewer should not be able to change the web page without a password.
3. Viewer should not be able to access any other functions on the tablet without a password.
4. Admin/owner should be able to change URL for web page with password.
5. URL entry bar at top of web page should not exist.
