I need a custom Android (and eventually iPhone) app that will work like Google Maps, but with the ability to load custom maps/graphics (geo-referenced data, etc). The ability to display graphics is necessary. The app will need to accept data from external ports (serial port, Bluetooth serial, etc) and display an icon on the map with the position. Zoom in/out capability needed. Ability to rotate map would be nice but not required. Map must display arrow for North and must have the ability to accept user input (drop an icon and leave a note, etc). Please let me know if there are any questions and I can clarify
