I want basically a clone of this android app... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] User download our Android app, once they do they register their phone to our main control server and then their phone goes "online" and sends out sms messages that our control server sends to their phone. The user can specify a max per minute, hour, day, month limit that they want to allow us to send through their phone. Our control server would... > Keep track of how many users online and in which country they are (IE, USA - 40 online, UK - 20 online) > Sending capacities per country (If 20 users in the USA have the app running with a max of 20 per minute, then the stats would say our USA capacity is 400/min) > Track total sms sent through each user so we can manually pay them out. > Set send limits per phone, so we can specify that each online phone doesn't send more than 20 per minute > Schedule a campaign and specify which country we want to use to send the sms messages through. > Other general stats, such as total sent today, yesterday, month...etc
