Intraday Breakout Backtest Strategy - repost

I need someone who can code a backtesting strategy for the ProRealTime platform. The strategy is based on a simple breakout buy/sell of a 1/5/10min bar etc bar. The code should be able to deal with inserting automatic stops/limits and user defined variables such as day of the week, partial profits, time of day etc. Finally, if the programmer could also code up the same strategy for the MT4 platform - at the same time or a later date to be agreed then that would be considered as well.
