483927 EA using a 144 period EMA

I need an expert advisor that buys when the price closes above the 144 period EMA with a take profit of 99 pips and close and reverse positions to short when the price closes below the 144 period EMA and set take profit of 99 pips or buy to cover when price closes above the 144 period EMA. No stops, no trailing stops, just take profits and close positions when the signal is generated if the take profits not trigger. The signal is generated by closing above and below the 144 period EMA and the entry is to take place at the beginning of the next price after a signal is generated.
