I'm looking for a talented and experienced professional to help, teach, and monitor me how design an indoor radio system that utilizes mmWave technology for 5G and then sliced it to multi-tenant users. Then, I would like to calculate the capex and opex. I need someone who can direct me where to find the related information. How to identify the costs items in a precise way. I have telecommunications background with courses in 5G RF design. I also developed backend side of a 5G orchestration app. As PhD I studied a different approach: instead of increasing the frequencies develop new modulation, but that's offtopic now. The introduction is over. Now the practical side: indoor 5G signal will not be uniform. The first uniform signal strength in a room was achieved in a test using electrically controlled reflective surfaces, November last year. Another problem is the off the shelf devices. What you can get now are only small cells, like the ones from Node-H. Otherwise you have to configure USRPs. Depending on your precise requirements small cells might be ok or not. Also most of today 5G is RedCap version, which stands for REDucedCAPacity. In some cases you will be much better off with WiFi 6, but we really need to discuss the details.
