How do you calculate the odds 'Coupled in order' is the 'trio in order' of a stroke at 6? (type dogs / virtual horse, then fixed rate) For example, a site shows these odds, with un'aggio to 107.64: A: 5,15 B: 11,06 C: 4,87 D: 44,25 E: 1,98 F: 17,70 This site, for the 'coupled in order' A-B shows 48.34; because?
