Help me with Marketing

We are launching iOS and Android versions of a mobile app in early January to go with our new website launch (mid November). We want to engage an expert in the field of mobile app launch strategy. This person must have references of app launches they have successfully championed and be willing to do a complementary 30-minute introductory call with our CEO in order to access fit. The project will cover all aspects of the launch strategy including but not limited to PR, app store optimization, creative content. We are not looking for someone to do the work for us, but you need to be able to consult us on a weekly basis on what we need to be doing in order to position ourselves to have a successful launch.
