Bulk SMS Broadcasting

We are looking for a supplier to fullfill the following application on an ongoing model 1. SMS mobile text broadcasting 2. Must be able to broadcast at least 100,000 sms per hour UP TO 500,000 PER HOUR 3. Must have acess to or own data (sms mobile numbers) 4. Must have exoperiance of bulk sms 5. projest is Global 6. i will need costs of teh project based on set up and ongoing broadcasting costs per 100,000 7. Full reporting system will be needed (DAILY)
