A2 Printer needed - 50 Copies

I wish to outsource my art prints to an overseas freelancer. I'm finding that print runs of less than a 100 copies in Australia is very expensive compared to overseas. I am hoping I can find a Freelancer who has access to a quality printing facilities or can co-ordinate with a local printing business. All details of the project are in the attached specification.
