I would like to share with you that I'm happy to find your project. In the last years I have been learning a lot about and putting into practice a lot of things related to healing, including nutrition and diet choices. Right now I'm familiar with these diets: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, casein free, sugar free, soy free, and raw food. Also I know about paleo, GAPs, ultrasimple, keto and Rosedale diets.
Currenty I'm reading a book called 10 day detox, from a doctor who kindly drescribes how to recover from food adiction and regain health. People following this program had lost 15 pounds average in 10 days! :)
Also, I belong to facebook groups where families share recipes from the diets I mentioned. One of them is guided by nice ladies from India, so there are delicious traditional recipes adaptated to the healthy diets.
