Magento website setup based on existing website (conversion)

Requirements: • You must have VAST EXPERIENCE on Magento • GOOD COMMUNICATION Skills. • GOOD REFERENCES. • Design experience / CSS / Html-cut is a plus We need a fully functional website running Magento based on our existing website (www!powerbalanceshop!be). We need the same with a magento back-end. We want to work with a Magento Expert who has vast knowledge and has done many complete Magento Stores before. We have a preference with Romanians, Lituanians, East countries. If India, please provide really strong references. Best prices / best provider get the job. As always, it is an urgent job. Provide example of working magento websites you have done. We are looking for a long term partnership. We mean, you will the person we will call when we need changes or updates. PSD templates are done and cutted tableless. Theses templates (2 differents types) has to be integrated into a working Magento template (design is realy simple and very well done cutted by an html expert). 1 - The website must be multilingual (French & dutch) translation will be provided. We need a splash page (language choice) where user can choose language, no automatic redirections based on user browser, localization or whatever. We need to user cookies to automatically redirect user to the correct language after first visit. 2 - Products are quite simple, we only have a products range with maximum 30 products and 4 categories. Shops also needs to be translated in both languages. Prices have to be customized for user type (shop, dealer, wholesale, users, ...). Products must have a description, image, title, ... 3 - Checkout process needs to be done. We use ogone (www!ogone!com) and have all autorizations needed, Paypal is managed with OGONE. Google checkout can be integrated (or other payments solutions) If SSL is needed, we can provide this. You need to have enough knowledge and experience for payment method set up. 4 - CMS, only 10 pages per languages (quite small) 5 - Shipping method have to be integrated (DHL, manual shipping) 6 - Magento is installed in our dedicated server (ftp access, login for magento admin will be provided). Every work need to be done on our server. 7 - Invoice layout must be designed. The default invoice design that comes with Magento doesn't fit our product info and product features. Right now the invoice doesn't look good with the longer product features. 8 – COUPON. We want to be able to Generate Coupon Codes for certain products and send them out. You need to create 4-5 coupon codes. I will change the expiration dates. + You will need to give me a step by step instruction about how to generate, send through e-mails and publish these coupons on other websites. 9 - User Access. We want our sales can add order and modify them, ... Every shops or point of sales (POS) need to be linked with a internal sale because they have a pourcentage of what they sell. 10 - SEO.
