magento 2 checkout agreements validator

HI I Will do the task We need to add checkout agreements validator to custom payment module. currently, agreement (terms and conditions) checkbox exists and working good while using a bank payment method , but its not controlling checked or not if the customer chooses custom payment module. i need site credentials and provide me snapshot of the error As a Magento 2 developers have knowledge:- PHP5, CSS3, HTML5, j query, JavaScript, Ajax, Responsive theme, Custom module development, Custom shipping method, Shopping cart development, Theme design, Magento 2 upgrade, Magento 2 extension development.
