16x16 pixel icon design

I need the redesign of one to three 16x16 pixel Windows icons. They will need to use the standard 256 color Windows palette. These icons will be used in an Internet explorer search toolbar. I have provided an image file that contains all the icons currently used in this toolbar. The last one, the "raffle ticket", is what I definitely need redesigned. This will be used on a button that lists the sweepstakes entries that my customers have earned. I am also open to the redesign of the "smiley face" and tshirt icons. If you believe you can improve these, please feel free to include them in your bid. They should resemble the smiley face and tshirt images found at [login to view URL] **Message from Facilitator: Coders should post a low resolution, watermarked image in bids if you choose to send a sample. ** If possible, please provide me with a portfolio of icons that you have designed, especially 16x16 pixel icons. ## Deliverables 1) Three 16x16 pixel Windows icons that I have approved. These will need to be designed with the standard 256 color Windows palette. In BMP or ICO format. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows/IE. These need to have the standard 256 color Windows palette and be in BMP or ICO format.
