I am trying to find a long lost friend from Russia. I have the full name and the city but no idea how to locate this person. I'm trying to send a Christmas gift over so I need someone in Russia, a local who is experienced with finding people to search someone from a database like white pages in Russia. I've tried all sorts of white pages in Russia but couldn't find anything.
