We need someone who can get clients for our recruitment organization. Get Clients for us • Generate Business Leads • Acquire New Business • Maintain Good Relationship / Alliance / Liaison with the corporate, Identify Market Segment and shortlist companies to seek business • Prepare Marketing Collateral, Offerings, and Solutions for target segment, Networking, organize mailing, campaigns or seminars to approach companies in target segment • Make, manage & sign agreement with reputed companies • Conduct Presentations to the corporate • Actively follow up the leads and get competitive information from the companies • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (i.e. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire).
