Build a Targeted Email List of Diabetics in the US, UK and Australia - Need Sales Leads

Hi, I recently started a nutrition and fitness business ([login to view URL]). I specialize in helping diabetics regain their health through diet and exercise. I would like to build a list of prospective sales leads for an upcoming product that I will be releasing in the next 3-6 months. Before that product is ready to be released, I would like to generate an email list of individuals that are either: type 1 diabetic type 2 diabetic prediabetic overweight If you feel that you have experience in generating email lists from REAL people, and can target specific interests like diabetes, then I would love to have your help. Time scale: I need this help to be performed over the next 3-6 months. There is no immediate rush, but a constant supply of email addresses that are future sales leads is very important.
